In our family we believe in food for the body and the soul. Our love for smoky flavours, feeding those we cherish, and curating memorable experiences, inspired us to craft our brand of low and slow cooked meats that you can enjoy in the comfort of your home. From melt in your mouth brisket to succulent pulled pork and smashable smoked chicken, we elevate the magic of barbeque in every bite.
All of our meat is sourced in Victoria and is lovingly made with three main ingredients: spice, smoke, and time. Our products are fully cooked and vacuumed sealed in heat & eat packs - ready for you to take home and enjoy. We sell direct to the public at a farmers’ market near you. What’s in a name you ask?! Stephen P Wolf (Steve to his friends) is our big loveable pup and the namesake of this barbeque brainchild. Steve came into our lives mid-2021, and we will be forever grateful to Bull Arab Rescue for saving him. Whilst not actively involved in the work side of the business he is known to undertake quality control testing from time to time and is always willing to provide constructive feedback. So when it came time to name our business how could we not have him involved!?
Wolftown BBQ would like to acknowledge the traditional custodians of the lands on which we live and cook and acknowledge the rich and diverse cultural heritage of barbeque. It’s due to the imagination and resilience of Indigenous peoples and people of colour that we can enjoy the tradition of barbeque today.
